First treatment: When you’re first diagnosed with CLL/SLL, you may be treated with a targeted therapy like a Bruton tyrosine (BTK) inhibitor or a B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL-2) inhibitor.

Second treatment: If your CLL/SLL returns or your first treatment didn’t work, your doctor will help determine the best option for your second treatment, which may consist of a BTK inhibitor or a BCL-2 inhibitor if it wasn’t used as your first treatment.
