Home How Breyanzi Can Help > Is Breyanzi Right for Me? > MCL

BREYANZI MAY BE AN OPTION FOR YOUR MCL SOONER THAN YOU THINK

There are several treatment options for MCL. Breyanzi CAR T is available as a third treatment for some. Read the Image Description below for the full explanation.

MCL, mantle cell lymphoma.

*Treatment that travels through the bloodstream, reaching and affecting cells all over the body.
The treatment process includes blood collection, CAR T cell creation, administration, and side-effect monitoring. No maintenance therapy for the lymphoma is needed after Breyanzi as long as you are responding to treatment.

Stay informed

First treatment: When you’re first diagnosed with MCL, you may be treated with some form of systemic therapy,* which may include a Bruton tyrosine (BTK) inhibitor.

Make a plan with the help of your doctor

Second treatment: If your MCL returns or your first treatment didn’t work, your doctor will prescribe a second treatment, which may consist of a BTK inhibitor.

Take control

Third treatment: If 2 or more treatments have not worked or stopped working, there are other options available. Breyanzi is a CAR T cell therapy—a one-time infusion shown to offer hope for your MCL.

Ask your doctor about Breyanzi, a CAR T cell therapy.
